Approve it in ClassWallet
You submit the invoice in your ClassWallet account. An ESA specialist reviews the order and emails you when it is approved.
We switch you to Pro
Payment settles 2 to 10 business days after approval. We upgrade your account to Pro through June 30 and email you. No card, no out-of-pocket cost.

Arizona ESA contract years end June 30, and an invoice cannot cross into the next one, so we bill $12/month only through the end of the current year. You renew for a full $144when your new funds arrive in July. Vendors are allowed to pass ClassWallet's 2% processing fee on to families; we absorb it instead. Your invoice carries every field Arizona ESA requires, so it does not get held up over paperwork.
Questions we get
Is WholeChildAI guaranteed to be an approved expense?
We are a registered vendor, which is what lets your program pay us directly. Whether a specific purchase is an allowable expense is still your program administrator's decision on each invoice, and we cannot approve it on their behalf. What we can do is make the invoice easy to approve: itemized, with the student named and the service period spelled out.
How long does it take?
We invoice within one business day. Arizona ESA reviews the order, then payment settles 2 to 10 business days after approval. Two weeks end to end is typical. Your free account works the entire time.
What if my program denies it?
Nothing is charged to you and nothing changes on your account. Vendors cannot see rejected or pending orders, only approved ones, so we will not know unless you tell us. If two weeks pass with no word, email support@wholechildai.org with your invoice number and we will work it out with you.
Why is my invoice less than $144?
Arizona ESA runs on contract years that end June 30, and ADE will not approve an invoice whose service period crosses into the next one. So your first invoice covers$12/month from today through June 30 rather than a full twelve months. After that you renew on a normal annual cycle, timed to when your new ESA funds land.
Can I pay monthly instead?
Education funds work best on a single invoice, so ESA families should use this route. If you would rather pay $15/month by card, do that from your dashboard instead.
