Tell us your program and which students are enrolled. We build an itemized invoice that names the student and the service period, which is what keeps it from getting held up.
Approve it in ClassWallet
You submit the invoice in your ClassWallet account. An ESA specialist reviews the order and emails you when it is approved.
We switch you to Pro
Payment settles 2 to 10 business days after approval. We upgrade your account to Pro for 12 months and email you. No card, no out-of-pocket cost.

That $96 is the whole cost. Vendors are allowed to pass ClassWallet's 2% processing fee on to families; we absorb it instead. Your invoice carries every field Arizona ESA requires, including your student's name and the service period, so it does not get held up over paperwork.
Questions we get
Is WholeChildAI guaranteed to be an approved expense?
We are a registered vendor, which is what lets your program pay us directly. Whether a specific purchase is an allowable expense is still your program administrator's decision on each invoice, and we cannot approve it on their behalf. What we can do is make the invoice easy to approve: itemized, with the student named and the service period spelled out.
How long does it take?
We invoice within one business day. Arizona ESA reviews the order, then payment settles 2 to 10 business days after approval. Two weeks end to end is typical. Your free account works the entire time.
What if my program denies it?
Nothing is charged to you and nothing changes on your account. Vendors cannot see rejected or pending orders, only approved ones, so we will not know unless you tell us. If two weeks pass with no word, email support@wholechildai.org with your invoice number and we will work it out with you.
Can I pay monthly instead?
Education funds work best on a single annual invoice, so ESA families should use the $96 plan. If you would rather pay $10/month by card, do that from your dashboard instead.
