- 1. Create your account. Visit app.wholechildai.org and sign up with your email.
- 2. Add your first student. Enter their name, grade, and age, the subjects they are working on, their learning style, and any notes that make them unique. The notes matter most: interests, strengths, and challenges all shape the plan.
- 3. Pick a plan style. Family adventure plans coach you through home activities, structured curriculum plans read like a formal course of study, and independent-learner mode speaks directly to older kids.
- 4. Generate your plan. Our AI creates a personalized 6-week learning plan with step-by-step activities, real materials, and curated resources.
- 5. Check in weekly. Two minutes a week: mark what got done, rate skill mastery, and record how confidence and curiosity grew. Every check-in makes the next plan smarter about your child.

How many students can I add?
Free users can add up to 3 students. Pro subscribers have unlimited student profiles.
What's the difference between student plans and parent plans?
Student learning plans are curriculum-focused plans for the learner. Parent engagement plans provide family activities, conversation starters, and coaching tips to support learning at home.
How does the adaptive loop work?
When you record weekly progress (completed weeks, skill mastery, notes, and whole-child check-ins), the next plan you generate for that student builds on it: mastered skills level up instead of repeating, developing skills get more support, and activities your child loved shape the themes.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Visit your dashboard and click the "Upgrade to Pro" button. You will be taken to our secure Stripe checkout, where you can choose $10/month or $96/year (two months free).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free tier.
Can I pay with ESA or other education funds?
Yes. WholeChildAI is a registered ClassWallet vendor for the Arizona ESA program, and the annual Pro plan ($96/year) is built for education-fund purchases. Request an itemized invoice at wholechildai.org/esa and we bill your program directly — no card, no out-of-pocket cost. Using another state’s program? Ask anyway; we invoice outside ClassWallet too.
